CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:

Terms of Payment

The rates are nit inclusive of VAT and the payment shall be made within 7 Days from receipt of invoices.

Reservation

All reservation shall be subject to availability and confirmation by “The Company”, “The Client” Must contact reservation department to make a booking in advance and submit its voucher(s) and detail via facsimile, office hour from 10.00 am - 9.00 pm.

Cancellation

One-day cancellation notice is required. And cancellation less than one day will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charge will be imposed for a no-show

Compensations

In the event that the guestsdid not make full payment due to “no show”or other reasons, or “The Company” has to cancel the trip due to weather or other reasons, “The Company” shall not pay compensation/commission to the client

Confidentiality

The rates stated in this agreement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.

Special consideration

Senior citizen and child under 3 years of age are not recommended. Guest, which have high blood pressure heart condition and pregnancy, are pregnancy and are advised to consult their doctors before joining the excursions.
